This website is operated by Ben, trading as Netsco ("we", "us", "our"). We are a freelance web development business based in Barcelona, Spain, primarily serving UK-based clients.

Contact form submissions are sent directly to our email inbox. We do not store your data in a database on this website. Your data is retained in our email system for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry, and no longer than 2 years from the date of last contact.
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Your data may be processed by:
- Cloudflare — provides DNS, CDN, and bot protection (Turnstile) for this website. Cloudflare may process your IP address and browser metadata. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
- Our email provider — to deliver and store contact form messages.
6. International transfers
As we are based in Spain (EU/EEA), your data may be transferred outside the UK. The EU is recognised by the UK as providing an adequate level of data protection. Where our service providers (such as Cloudflare) process data outside the UK/EEA, they do so under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
